2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any business you register.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide true, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• We may require KYC or verification documents for partners and distributors as per applicable regulations.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Use of Services

Our platform enables mobile & DTH recharge, bill payments, bus, flight and hotel booking, and software solutions. Services are provided subject to availability and the terms of our partners, operators and third-party providers. We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments & Wallet

• Wallet balances must be loaded in advance and are used to process transactions on the platform.
• All transactions are subject to applicable charges, commissions and taxes, which may change from time to time.
• Wallet balances are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
• You are responsible for verifying transaction details (such as mobile number, amount and booking details) before confirming any payment.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data or other accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Use the services for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs and materials on the platform are the property of Pay all Plus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Software & Licensing

Where we provide software, white-label solutions or APIs, they are licensed — not sold — to you for use strictly in accordance with the agreed scope. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or misuse the software beyond the terms of your specific agreement. Ownership of the underlying software and source code remains with Pay all Plus unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay all Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party services, network failures, delays, or transactions confirmed with incorrect details provided by you. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
